  Robb, take care of yourself. I was/am really, really looking forward to seeing you in Atlanta again, but taking care of your own health is the most important thing you can do. We'll still be here once you recover, so go ahead and have surgery and get some good pain meds. My sister has had multiple surgeries for recurrent hiatal and paraesophageal hernias (holes in your diaphragm where you end up with your stomach in your chest cavity might be even worse than having an extra nut), so I know that shit's no joke.
